The circuit in electricity starts from the fuse or circiut breaker at the electrical panel, the active wire allows the current to run to the outlet eg power point or light switch. The black wire the netural wire takes the current from the outlet and back to the electrical panel and is secured to the netural bar. For electricity to work when switched on at the outlet there must be a circuit. In the electrical panel where the netural wire is connected to the netural bar where is the link or connection to form the circuit. Where is the connection to the circuit breaker to make a closed circuit?
