My wife and I have plenty of stretch marks on our bodies. Mine is by the sides of my waist while hers are on her breast, stomach, hand and thigh. How can we treat it? Is it a disease? Please, help us with the solution.

It is not a disease. It is caused by gaining and losing weight. Usually with women, you get them when you are pregnant. The lower layers of skin are not as stretchy and they tear a little when the body expands during pregnancy. It can be caused in teenage girls who develope into womanhood very fast too. In men who try to bulk up and do things like power lifting and take supplements they can get stretch marks on the backs of their arms and stuff. If you have them at the waist, it is probably from weight gain.

No they are permanent scars. Only plastic surgery can remove some of them.

i am afraid, is it true? but some respondents say I should use lotion with vitamin E. Though, I have been using it before and no change at all.

stretch marks - Stretch marks will fade
If you use a lotion with vitamin E in them, or vitamin e oils on your skin, it will help with the stretch marks, i dont think they ever go away fully, but it can dull the look of them. If your wife is pregnant, she could use a product called palmers coaco butter. It helped wiht my, i dont have a single stretch mark on my belly, but i failed to use it on my butt and thighs and i have stretch marks there. I'm not too concerned with it though.. They will fade eventually;) This poor lady has REALLY bad stretch marks, I am glad mine do not look like that, she probably had multiple babies i bet, cause that looks like a LARGE belly.

Firstly, don't worry, stretch marks are not a disease. The best thing to minimize stretch marks is to rub Vitamin E oil on them. Do it once a day and the stretch marks will shrink over time but most will never totally go away. You are at a good age for the odds to be in your favor for more stretch marks to disappear. The sooner you apply Vitamin E oil to new stretch marks the better the chance they will disappear. ‹(°¿°)›
