Phishing Losers!

We all know about those emails that everyone gets. The ones that tell you that you've won something or that your account on a particular site has expired and that you need to submit your information to fix the issue. Well I think we've all had enough of these losers trying to scam us out of our hard earned money. Where do these guys/girls get off on doing this? Please post up your stories or complaints. And hopefully we can educate others who have not yet come to experience this crap. Also if anyone reading this has ever committed an act of phishing before, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Yes yes, the notorious lotteries or investors. You can either delete them or if your heart is cold enough take drastic actions like my sisters old boyfriends did. Im not to savvy when it comes to using viruses or attaching key loggers to others ip's nor do i wish to be. He however was fairly good at such things and on 3 cases im aware of responded to them with attached files containing key loggers or something. Whatever it was he used gave him remote access to change the registry of the foreign users computer. In essence i was told by him he was able to lock them out of there own computer and wipe it clean. Though i have no idea if he did or did not do so, i have no reason not to take his word for it after seeing other things he could do. I pondered the thought myself i must be honest, but i just cant be that harsh even against someone trying to rob me blind... maybe one day but not now. However, if this is a route you wish to take its about a 80% chance you will get in since they anxiously await some poor sap to return there email with personal info regardless if it has an attachment or not. Which brings the point ***Never under any circumstance open an unknown email that has an attachment included*** They can be viruses design to bring down you firewall to allow access or other malicious things.

Very good addition, Thanks. I kind of like that idea of sending viruses to the people that try scamming us. It's sort of a poetic justice to see them lose everything when they were trying to do that to us in the first place.

I agree. I still contemplate asking him to show me how every time i check my mail and see like ten of them in there. Maybe one day i may get fed up. I remember there used to be a firewall called black ice or something that actually attacked hackers somehow and would mirror viruses back to the source. Wish it was still around.

One of the new ones is about winning a whole bunch of money from the UK lotteries. I've gotten a few of those recently.
