I love the movie too. I saw it when it came out, and got it for Christmas. I haven't watched the bonus features yet but that stinks if they didn't do much!

Cool did you watch the end credits because after a while the Simpsons come up and at the end of the scene when they are walking out of the picture Maggie says sequel so I think that they are going to make another Simpsons movie but just go to the end credits and fast foward until you reach the scene wher they are sitting together watching the credits and there is some stuff after that.

Really? There was something like that in the end credits? Wish I had seen it! But you know, a sequel is possible because there's so much material they could put in.

The Simpsons Movie - Cover of the DVD edition
There is no much bonus you can add to an animated movie. Most of movie is thought out before it reaches the computer cgi guys - it really takes a long time to get all done, so no wasted efforts in doing more scenes. Documentaries can fill the gap, thou many people don't want to see that.
