Stomach Flu

So I got the freaking stomach flu that is going around. It started on Sunday night. I went to work and ate the salad I brought. Then I started to not feel good a little later. I manned up about it for a few hours but it didn't go away. Finally my manager let me leave and when I got home I threw up and didn't stop until almost 4 AM! IT was so gross. I hate throwing up. Then I slept most of Monday. I wasn't fully feeling better until Wednesday. Now my husband has it. My grandma had it the same time I did. Hope none of my friend here at Mylot get it!

Rest and hydration are the best things for you when you are vomiting. I remember when I got the flu so bad that I couldn't even make it out of the bathroom. My stepson found me sleeping in there with my head on the scale in the morning. Rest and try to get plenty of fluids. Eat sensibly for the next few days until your stomach recovers fully.

The best thing for stomach flu, is drinking some ginger tea. If you don't have ginger tea, you could use some fresh ginger cooks in a cup of water. Bring it to a boil, then lets it cool off before drinking. It helps to get that nauseated feeling out of your stomach.

I'm glad to hear yo are finally feeling better. I hope your husband feels better soon.
