I finally got my papers filed at the court

It took four trips to the courthouse, but I finally got it done. I went yesterday, but they couldn't file because I didn't have the fee waiver papers filled out enough. So I ended up coming back home so that I could fill them out in comfort instead of in my little car or the noisy courthouse. I went first thing this morning, just in case there was anything else that I missed on the form, and luck was with me. I must have let out a louder sigh of relief than I thought because the ladies in the office started laughing...but that's ok because I laughed right along with them. LOL! Now I have to get hubby's papers done. Hopefully, now that I have a good idea of what I'm doing, it will only take one trip to get them filed. Wish me luck please. Hugs!

I bet it feels so good to get that done. The courthouse is really not a place to think clearly, so at least you saved yourself from that. That and their vending machines (just in case you got hungry). I'm reminiscing of my one and only effort with a courthouse vending machine. : )

This particular courthouse didn't even have a vending machine! I couldn't believe that a Superior Court building could be so small with no food in sight! LOL!

You'd think with all the tax dollars, they could afford one vending machine. LOL

Hope it works well for you. I know, I hate filling out forms, especially in a car. You cannot exactly write that neat there. I had to fill out forms for getting my Saskatoon pension and I would pound my head on my computer screen for not using a typewriter, but it might break - the computer screen, not my head.

OMG! Suspenseful, I'm so sorry it took me this long to reply to your response! I think my brain went on strike for a bit, because when I was looking at everyone's responses I think I mistook AmbiePam's for being MINE! Can we say DUH? Anyway, I'm like you...I try not to bank my head on the computer either since I don't have a typewriter....I don't like pain and I think my head is harder than the screen. LOL!

You have to wait until you finish all these big deals... you'll need a cruise for sure, to relieve all the stress. That should be covered by your insurance!!(I wish!)lol!
