Just got this in my email today from adpaid.com. Thought I would warn e1 who is into PTR/PTC sites would appreciate this warning. Hello , URGENT PLEASE READ - Please note that there is a scam email circulating that is seemingly coming from E-GOLD. However upon review the email is being sent to emails not used at e-gold, and asking for vital details. Members are reporting the email as well, even if they do not have an E-Gold account. Do not download the pdf file in the email. This may be a source of a virus. Secure your systems and run all scans if you did download the document. You would need to run your antivirus (ie AVG), malware scanners (ie SpybotSD) for threats. A copy of the email is below without any links in it. So it is safe to read.
