A lot of people these days are getting caught up in whirlwind marriages. Their marriage do not last for no more than five years or less. Are so out of touch with morality relating to marriage and that's why these marriages do not last. Are people not willing to persevere and keep their marriage alive?

Very true. I agree with you. Here in India we used to have a tradition that our parents find a partner for us and we have to spend our whole life with him/her. There was a time when the couple see each other after they are marriage. Love marriages were not possible. But know the things have been changed. People have become smart enough to find their own partner. But if we see the figures of divorce cases they are much much higher now. i don't know how things get changed after marriage??

i think people are expecting a fairy tale marriage and they expect things to be ok they don't realize the problems that come with marriage so yes i would say that they are taking their vows lightly

That's the problem today. If there has been a generation that takes wedding vows lightly, then todays generation must be it. And we are witness to the effect of such actions.
