The secrets to increase your Mylot earnings

I've been an active member again since late December of 2007. I first started March of 2007 but then stopped after a month, cashed out my $10 on October and withdrew it to my bank account. I want to share this to you to all you new comers, newbies and even those who have been here for some time. How many of you are earning good? How many of you say it is doing ok? How many of you are expecting more to earn? Well...here's the secret. I won't speak of the name who posted the blog, but so that you know this is not my original saying. What he said makes a lot of sense because I too am noticing the difference from what he posted. Now some of you here maybe have about over 5,000 or over 10,000 posts on Mylot - time consuming isn't it? But how much do you have? $50? $70? $100? What if I were to tell you that it would be possible to make $100 less than the posts you've been making? The one who posted this blog said with a minimum of 1,500 posts he has already made over $100. Then you ask how? Getting referrals - Refer! Refer! Refer! And did I tell you? Yarp! Refer people to Mylot! Now here's a great contributing factor that he said. Make sure that the people you refer are active, qualified and willing members to contribue to Mylot - encourage them to make money online which of course they can. The tips of earning is for every referral you have - click on your referred friends, respond to their open discussions they have created, if they have good posts, rate them positive and respond back to them. Be a contributor yourself to your referrals - make them happy, and help them make money. That is the key when you advertise your referrals on Mylot - Let them know you can also encourage them and help them. The more they are happy and open, the more they will post. The more you and them will earn. Make sure you create it to be a chain reaction - Think of like a Messiah that discipled his apostles - Disciple your referrals - so that they can build their own referrals - and so on and so on. So far I have 5 active referrals - And been doing this technique and so far I've notice the difference in earnings. Remember - encourage your referrals, rate their discussions with positive good responses - treat them like they are your clients and you the employee - treat them like they are your employees and you're the boss - treat them like they are your followers and you are the leader.
