what are the frmalities onehave provide for opening a pay pal account. and what is the charege one has to pay for the opening of an account and how can we request the payout from pay pal reply soon thanx

You have to have either a credit card or a bank account. You must then get them verified which takes a little time. You draw money to your bank account.

It's free to sign up and open an account. However you will need a credit card or banking account to verify the account before you can withdraw any money. There may be small charges, no more than dollar. You can request the payment to go to your bank or credit card. Also all information must match on the account on paypal and the bank account/credit card.

if money is sent to the account which is not verified, what happens?

The money sits there until you verify it. The only way you will get the money out is to get your account verified. Paypal is real and safe so don't worry about getting hacked or ripped off.

why paypal dont support issueing a check to withdraw my money like other sites do like alertpay for an example plz help me
