Or so an ex-boyfriend used to tell me. These days I am beginning to wonder if it is true...Yep, I even dream about it, one in particular, General Hospital, and one particular almost couple thatI have cheered for, and wanted to get together on the show for almost 8 years now. So much so that I dream about Jason Morgan and Elizabeth 'Liz" Webber (the 2 characters in question, aka liason for short) and that I am actually in fictional Port Charles, whispering in their ears about how I'd like to see their story go. Yep, on the General Hospital boards, they kid about obsessed fans having an illness called Obsessive Liason Disorder (O.L.D.) and yep, same fans have taken out ads in soap rags for their couple, called the GH comment line written obsessively to the stars, voted online, poured money into these star's charities, The Smile Train and Aftican Renewal Misistries, and driven and flown miles and miles to meet them and even hust to see them at different events. OH yeah, the most imrotant thing, is that I have met personally, mant fabulous real life friends from being online and from the love of this fictional couple. So, does it cross the line that now, after all these years, they are invading my dreams too??? And is it my imagination that I see these signs (my pic to the right) everywhere I go, lol??? Is this not unusual behaviour for a 50 yr old grandma of 4, lol??? I checked at wwww.dreammoods.com/ but wanted to know what you all thought, too...

I think anyone who is an avid fan of a soap has the same feelings. I even occasionaly notice an actor on a nighttime show and think I remember that one. Used to be on... Without thinking I frequently do things that remind me of the way the characters do. My younger daughter whose name is actually Adrianne is nick-named Annie for the nurse Annie Logan from GH. I'm with ya!!!
