does it earn traffic

do you think PTC,PTR and other traffic exchanges earn traffic to you, I for one doubt it as when I do the clicking I concentrate more on the timer than on the content ,I beleive majority of us do this are there anybody with different experience and has gained traffic and to build a downline.

I agree it's hard, however.. if you buy 1000 adds on a page, 50 people (5%) are often interested. And if you got some money to spend you CAN generate high quality traffic.
