How do you loose weight and keep it off?

I have just got down to my goal weight and I now want to keep it stable.
How do you loose weight and keep it off?

For however long it took you to lose it, maintain it at that level for the same amount of time so that your body gets used to being that weight. for example if it took three months to lose, maintain it for that amount of time too and then in the future if you do put on a couple of pounds you can shift it back easily. If this is not done the body tends to creep back up to your original weight and then get a bit heavier even. WELL DONE for reaching your GOAL.

Thanks for the advice, I will remember that. I cheated a bit to get my weight down, I took some natural herbs and it got the weight off real quick. But I really want to now keep it off.
I can't weight to go shopping, as I need a new wardrobe.
