What id your favorite noodle?

I dont have a brand that i like the best, but for speggetti, i like cappapelli noodles, i think that's what they are called, they are sgetti noodles long and skinny, but even smaller, so they cook faster and for some reason that makes them taste better to me lol. However, when i eat out, i REALLY like those rice noodles, that they use for pad thai and such.. I would cook with them and use them at home, but i dont know what to do with them or how to make anything with them... I should try.
