Housing problem is an alarming problem in big cities of many countries. Many people have no their own house. They are living in rental house and paying a large part of their income to the landlords or owners of rental house. What is solution of this problem?

i wish i knew what the solution was. My husband an I do own our house but he also has a very long commute to work because the houses close to where he works are way too pricey. Our house is very small and modest. If we were to more close to his work

I dotn know what the solution is, but me and my husband also are renting. It seems like a better thing right now in our lives because we dont have a big income, so if we were to own a house, and something were to break adn need immediate fixing, we would be out of luck so to speak. If we are renting, then it's someone elses problem to fix it and get it fixed right away. Although there are MANY MANY cons to the situation as well. Noisy neighbours is one!!

It is very difficult for a person of an average income to purchase a plot and then to build a house on it. It is very much uneconomic and difficult process. So the people with low income prefer to live in rental houses. The villagers are rushing to the cities to get house and live there. This is causing to increase such types of housing problem. Solution of this problem is to build low rated houses in new colonies and should try to settle there people who have no there house to live.
