Inexpensive parchment paper and pastry bags?

I'm looking for cheaper parchment paper and pastry bags. They're fairly expensive at my local grocers. I tried the Dollar Tree and Dollar General nearby but neither carry them. Any ideas?

I wish I knew, it seems the only pastry bags I can find anymore are the plastic ones that I do not like at all, and even they are going for a large price. I wonder if you could use butcher's paper in place of the parchment.

did you look online? or ebay? you'll have to compare the price of shipping but it might be less...wal-mart is usually cheap...we have a discount draft store where i live that sells that type of stuff...
