Sienna Miller: Big Fat Hypocrite?

Actress Sienna Miller today won a High Court order against a photographer who snapped photographs of her undressing during the filming of her latest movie, Hippie Hippie Shake. Miller, 26, who has already won a £37,500 payout from News Group Newspapers and the Xposure together with an undertaking not to use the pictures again, took action against photographer Warren Richardson over the snaps, taken on the film’s closed set on a private estate in Surrey. So it's cool to get naked for a film but not to be photographed? Oh, yeah. That's right. She got paid a ton to get naked for the film. So now she's making sure she gets paid for the photos too. Well, I guess I can't say I wouldn't try to get every dollar I could get, but then, I don't make millions of dollars already.

I totally agree with rockvixen... She didn't hire the photographer and that paparazzi is taking pictures without her or even the studio consent... Moreover, the photographer can sell the photos easily to other magazines...Obviously, its not right.. You're just biased against her...

i'm not biased. i have zero opinions of sienna miller. i've never even seen her act before. this was just a bit of information meant to get people talking. the pap did sell the photos and make money off them. that's why she sued, because she wasn't getting a cut of it like she did from the movie.
