Do you collect cupons? Is it worth the time spend collecting it?

I have used cupons a number of times while shopping. But many times, I have ended up not using it. Too many times, I lost the cupon. In some cases, cupons come with strings attached like it could be used in select shops on select products. Thinking all these, I often ask whether that are really useful? What do you think?

I use coupons if its for something I buy anyway. Sometimes I get them in the post / mail, especially from supermarkets and sometimes to promote certain products. We dont really have the coupon queens in the UK that you sometimes see in the USA. I also get them off the internet but they can be hard to use as the shops dont like them, maybe they dont trust a coupon you've printed off yourself.

Exactly the same thing used to happen to me. So, I have stopped all those. Today almost everywhere debit cards can be used, why to use coupons?

My aunt gives me the coupons out of her Sunday paper some coupons are really nice like the ones for things like dawn and laundry soap as I buy that stuff at the dollar store for a nice price already then when you have a coupon you get the product dirt cheap.
I don't like the coupons for cereal as you always have to buy at lest 3 if they are on sale it is okay but cereal is to expensive to buy 3 boxes just to get .50 off.
