There's a possibility that Harry's kids would have gone to other houses, but there is even more and I think a greater chance that they would all be in Gryffindor, since Harry's and Ginny's family all have their roots there. Although we could shake in a few exceptions, like Sirius, who's the only Gryffindor in his family. But I would say that Harry's kids would be in Gryffindor, (1)because their ancestors all went there and because (2) Harry is a descendant of Godric Gryffindor.

Well the sorting hat did state that it wrong to sort according to the old ways which the founders sought to rule.....so since there were so many changes...it may be that the sorting is different now....I will have to look that one up.

I read in the last book the James, the oldest, is already in Gryffindor... but Albus is still to be sorted... but i think all three children will be in Gryffindor... since both parents and all of their relatives belong to this house... it is so rare for someone in the family to go to a different house... the only person i know of is Sirius Black... all his relatives belonged to Slytherin but he got sorted to Gryffindor...

I could be mistaken but, I think it was either noted or implied that they were in Gryffindor, what other house would they be in?
