What happen to my referral points?

It's been 5 days that I got one referral but I check my earnings, there's no referral earning. what happen?

Friend ,you wont get any points for adding referrals.the referral you have added should participate in discussions and earn and you will get a percentage of his.I think that is better,because every time he earns we will also get some earning.
