Captain or a selector

Any captain need to be a selector to select the team or the selector of the country should select the team. We should be correct in selecting the team mates as a captain, he or she should know who can make the team in a success way. But the selectors should not involve in selecting the team. The selectors should give full authority to select the team onley to captain. So captain is important to select the team.

Team selection should keep little more standard... India have to include both young and experienced players... Young players are the most plus point of any team...so we have to build a team with young talents..For this we have to programme deep searches through out the country... But At the same time there is an important role for experienced veteran stars...They give the inpiration and experience to the young also... So we have to made a team with giving importance to this facts...
