what is mylot digest? / myLot

hello mylotters,i just recieved an email from mylot,,it was called mylot digest...some of my post was included...what does it mean?

I got a MyLot digest today in my email. I think it is a great idea, even though I did not have any posts featured. I'm thinking that the purpose is to stimulate a little interest among people who don't visit much any more.
