We've been blessed with a son, the child is about a month old, my wife is not able to feed my son fully, she is also using infant milk substitute. I don't want to buy the Infant milk powders. Is there any food/diet that will help my wife to feed my son only with breast milk. Is there any food that she must avoid.

There is a tea that you can buy at any vitamin store. Called MothersMilk. It helps mothers to produce more milk. I used it and it seems to work well. You need to drink about 4 glasses a day. Personally I liked the tea better cold so I made a picture of it and drank it through out the day.

Well if your wife doesnt have enough milk, then you have to buy powder milk so that you will not suffer your baby's health but for sure you have to encourage your wife to eat fruits and vegetables, more soup, especially green leafy vegetbles,,
