What is the most complicated part of your writing a novel? What gives you the most trouble and frustration?

The hardest thing for me is making sure it is understood. In my mind I have the whole story. So I just hope that as I am writing it the story flows and makes sense to everyone else.

most complicated? Definitely getting the novel to flow. Getting the storyline is not too hard, but keeping it going and making it all make sense is pretty tough. LOL

well ive never written a novel although i have had to write several stories while i was in school. i think the hardest part and this relates to writing a novel as well is probably writing the beginning and the end. because in the beginning u need to make sure that whatever u write will grab the reader's attention and draw them in, wanting more.. so u have to ensure that not only do u make it exciting but u have to make sure its suspenseful so they keep reading... the end would be hard as well cos its the very last part that people remember so if u end it badly they're gonna remember that the ending was bad therefore affecting their opinion of the book as a whole... so the ending would have to give the reader a sense of closure to the story so that the ending wouldnt be bad and it also must leave them wanting more. hope that answered ur question ! =) have a great day and good luck with ur writing !
