the sats!!!

How do you deal? How do you study for the SATS!!!??? I have the Official Study Guide booklet. I got it 2 weeks ago and I'm on page 150. I like the book, I just don't feel very prepared! I want to know if anyone knows how to get a high score. If you took the SAT already, was it as high as they say it is?
