Is there any good way to lose weight in winter?

I always eat too much food during holidays.It seems as if ,for me,holiday is just the days in which I can eat every food I like without any worry!If things continue in this way,I am sure that I will become a very fat girl.So I need some suggestions to help me.Could you do me a favor!

I can sympathize with you. I think that everyone eats or is tempted to eat too much food during the holiday seasons. Perhaps you should only keep foods in your house that are not high in calorie content? It might be a good idea to eat foods that do not contain fat. What I do when I feel the urge to eat alot is to eat foods that are low in calories, like fruit. Good luck to you. :)

hi,friend,i'm planing to loss my weight.i read more information about loss weight from website. frist,eat a healthy diet low fat foods or avoid them.also avoid sugar,white flour products,white rice,and pastry. eat lots of veggies.lean meats.poultry,fish,fruit,whole flour products.etc. Do some cardio exercise.3 times a week is perfect.do it for 30 minutes every time.so chose one you like and can do for that period of time.adjust intensity if necessary.from speed walking,to jogging,swimming,cycling.dancing.whatever you like and makes you hart rate go up for the 30 minutes.

its happens...it happens wid most the ppl...dnt wory...hv lots of water, juices, fruits....eat healhty n stay fit...do some wrk out to burn calories n maintain ur weight...
