i am very sad about my poor ability.now i am working in koeran company .and i must to use english to chat with my colleague.sometimes,my colleague dont understand what i said.i am very worried about it .who can help me?i dont want to lose this job.

I think perhaps you need to learn some Korean and it will be beneficial for you to work in a Korean company.
