I look into my PC and stay on the internet for long hours everyday, but I do not get any headaches. I sometimes get strained or tired eyes though, so what I do is to look out my window into the distance from time to time, as well as sit back far enough from the monitor screen, so that my eyes will feel more relaxed. I also try not to stare into the monitor, as this will cause a strain in your eyes. Maybe the strain in your eye nerves is giving you the headaches, so just relax your eyes when surfing, and you may be fine.

That has only happened to me once. I think it was because I was in a really awkward laying position with the laptop on my stomach. It was too close, so it hurt my eyes which in turn gave me a headache. Never happened again. Even when I put the computer really close.

It also causes eye problems and affect our brains that leads to headache. Relax for a while and get back after some few minutes!
