Foreign investors whenever visit states in India with the idea of starting a business the official of the state recommend places in an around the capital cities to attract the entrepreneurs.Offcourse, they need facilities such as water, transport and harbour so that import and export easily can be done without much expenditure. Why not these state government suggest places in an around other cities so that these town and cities can develop. I don’t think that the state will face difficulty in providing infrastructure and other facilities to the investors. There are vast areas lying without being cultivated or without being used for any other purpose. These lands could pass on to the investors cheaply and if they start business the government can help them exempting tax for a certain period. To my opinion still cities can be developed and the movement of the people in search of jobs could be solved. Development process to the small towns and cities is a must and this will solve the government severe problem such as unemployment, schooling, housing getting water supply etc.,
