PTPs that allow crdit conversion at 100 credits - Do you know any?

Most PTPs allow conversion only when you have earned 1000 credits. Do you know any that allow conversion at lower credits. I know PolarPTR converts directly to cash (no credits) and hot-rods has the no tier PTP which pays 30 cents/1000 hits directly to your account.
Do you know any other?
