I have a question for anyone who can help me. I have a hunger control problem, but I'm not overweight. I LOVE food but I would like to get my body in shape but I find I eat all the time. I'm a very busy person, so i grab stuff when I can but then in the evening I get the munchies and no matter what I eat I am still hungry, I have had blood work done, Its called high metabolism, but it is kinda annoying, Any suggestions of food that will help with my hunger control?

Drink lots of water or diet soda, and eat high fiber foods like Wheaties or oatmeal for breakfast. :]

I wished I wasn't overweight like you. I'm hungry also but I trie to do something about that. When I get hungry I take a glass of water ore, stupid I know, light up a sigaret. These things help. To you I say drink a lot of water.

Foods high in protein and fiber will help you feel full longer. Also fat fills you up, just don't overdo it. Try to avoid foods that are high in carbohydrates since the energy is burned up pretty quick from them. Snacks like nuts, cheese, yogurt and whole grain cereal or bread are good. Also drink plenty of water.
