Good Book Or a Magazine?

Which do you prefer? A good Book or a good magazine? Does it depend on your mood and your day. Me I LOVE a good book, Always have. But once and a while to curl up with my fav magazine and just chill, glancing at the pages and flipping through till something good catches my eye...I enjoy that as well, or a good magazine in the bath...hmmmmm very relaxing.

I read a ton of books, but sometimes a magazine is just what I need. I like to go to the library and browse through the magazines there. The magazines at the checkout stand are very tempting, but one of my new year's resolutions was not to buy any. Way too much money for the small amount of time spent reading.

I must say I am not a big romance fan but if I want to spice things up I will grab one and start reading it. They get me going and I just have to get it on!!!LOL but I am more of a horror and suspense kinda girl

I prefer a good book. But if I am in a situation such as waiting in a waiting room, then I would prefer a magazine because there are too many distractions in a waiting room and I wouldn't be able to pay attention to the book!

Thanks for the response. Do you find yourself reaching for a magazine every once and awhile to break out of reading. Sometimes I just need to break out of reading a book. But it only lasts for about a week then I am back at it!

I will have to do that more often although I do find it hard because I have a 2 year old and she is not the quietest child. But ut is a good idea. Instead of paying for all the magazines!!!

I prefer a good book. I do occasionally read magazines though. Usually cooking ones. I love Rachael Rays magazine.

Cooking ones are the best. I fond alot of good ideas in them for new meals for our family! Thanks for the response
