What's with PayPal. I am a member of a lot of PTC sites and they have stopped their accounts. This is so inconvenient. It's not like there aren't problem's with eBay. They tell us we should use PayPal to pay for stuff because we have better protection. Well I have done that and on a couple of times I never received the goods. I put in a claim and PayPal and eBay both had excuses for not refunding my money. Having said that I have mostly been happy with both. PayPal should rethink their decision. What's more they even advertise on some of the sites. What do you think?

I've been a member of Paypal for years and the only sites I've had problems with are the recycle type sites or any gambling sites. They say they are looking out for us...ha ha....I say it's none of their business but of course they always win. I never had a problem with getting a refund from them and it's really not paypal who gives the refund but the seller you bought from so you should take those things up with them.

Paypal won't let sites use their services, if the site in question is suspicious.

Yeah they do, but they still won1t let people use their services if they are breaking the law (like not paying tax... )
