Some people think Justin TImberlake is going to be better than Michael Jackson. What do you think? Do you think Justin is a modern MJ or does he still have a long way to go?

He still has a long way to go but he could be the next Michael Jackson. He's very talented. He can sing and dance and entertain a live audience. He is also very popular. I think Michael Jackson sold the most number of cd's. I'm not sure about Justin Timberlakes number of sold cd's. If he continues harnessing his potentials, then he could really be the next Michael Jackson.

For me, it`s better if we`ll Justin as justin and michael as michael. Justin can never be Michael Jackson because he`s Justin Timberlake. He may surpass Michael Jackson but he can NEVER be Michae JAckson. He has his own style and so does Michael. They may have some same styles but not all.

yes i agree they both have their own styles and justin timberlake has already displayed for many years what amazing talent he has both in his vocals as well as his dancing skills. i hope timberlake doesnt freak out and turn into a psyhco like michael jackson did. id have a hard time seeing him act that way but back to music. i really think as long as justin contiunes to improve on his previous year he has the potential to be one of the biggest icons to ever hit the music industry. first starting out in the mickey mouse group (not sure what its called) and then joining with the talented guys from *NSYNC and then finally pursuing his own solo career after the breakup. in addition he is adding acting to his list of career accomplishments. what's next, is he going to be offered a contract to play in the nba? hahaha i think we're far from that but you get my point as to how talented i believe this guy is. props to his accomplishments and only wish him the best.

Although I must give recognition to Justin as both an excellent singer and overall entertainer, I don't think he can quite fill MJ's boots. JT is arguably in the prime of carrier (considering his age and current success) and when compared to Michael in his prime, there's not much of a comparison. Not only do i feel that MJ has a better voice, but as a dancer (relative to other dancers of his time), i think that he definitely outperforms JT. Lastly, the energy that MJ brought to the stage is hard to compete with. That's just my honest opinion. I think they're both really good artists but MJ was and still is a legend. I judge the artist. It's God's place to judge the man (to those putting MJ down based on his personal life).

I have never really listened to Justin Timberlake. I know that he is pretty popular. If he does become the next Michael Jackson lets just hope he doe not follow ALL of Michael Jacksons decisions. You know sleeping with little boys and hanging his kids over balcony's that sort of thing.
