by the 'similar discussions' that are listed under a discussion you post? They are ones that have some of the same tags, but often are not in any way related. I just posted one and one of the tags was a person's name- 'Bo.' The 'similar' discussions were about body odor, aparently because of the tag 'bo.' Have you ever noticed this?

I had that happen a few times. Most notably my discussion on mind, body, soul, spirit and human existence had tags but as I recall there were no related discussions. Strange since I've been in other philisophical threads. I've also received some weird tags too like you described. I sit there and do a /headscratch about it. What drives people to submit unrelated nonsense?

HEHE I haven't really looked at that before. I never noticed it. That is kinda funny though. I guess there isn't much that can be done about that.

I find it kind of amusing actually. Then again, I also tend to put kind of silly tags on my discussions. For example, one I just started about an incident at a hospital... I tagged with "vampires" because I was talking about the phlebotomist who took my son's blood. :P I love those kinds of weird little word associations. :)

That's funny. Now a perso who is looking for a discussion about vampires will be baffled to see that discussion come up!

Hehe yup yup! I suppose the people who use that search thing often probably hate me, because my discussions do come up in weird places. I just like to play on words and such though! :P
