Is dailyclicks scam?

Ok guys so i joined dailyclicks a couple of weeks ago.When i looked last week i had an amount of around 5 dollars and now i'm checking and it decreased to 0,45 c.
I mean to me i think it's a scam because they didn't tell me anything they just did it.
No announcement.
Have you experienced this also with dailyclicks?Do you think i should quit dailyclicks?

Most the time when paypal freezes a account its because they get 100's if not thousands of complaints about payments and they dont want the "scam site" to keep using their payment service.

I understand but is that the reason why they just steal what i have earned?I think it's really strange that it happened without an anouncement.I mean i worked for it.I know they have problems with payouts but they just increased the minimum payout.
