Check Engine Light

If you have to many problems with your car I have an option for you. I lost my boat anchor at the lake a few weeks ago when my friends and I had to much to drink and could use a suitable replacement!

It could also mean that the O2 sensor is bad and needs to be replaced.

Not really sure if there is.... Is the car newer do you have a warrenty still with the car..if you do you can take it to the deal and they will do it for free...

Could be alot of things.. I would take it back to where I go the oil changed and let them know frist if it is a quick lube place after that if they could not help take to a grage they can put it on a computer and tell right away..I know it cost sometimes but second guessing also could cost alot.. In the same I have seen them come on for a sensor and some stupid reason but better to take and have it check before you are walking ...

Since you just got your oil changed two days ago, I'd take it back to the shop who did the work and tell them about the check engine light. Doesn't sound like a coincidence to me.

My comes on once and awhile for a day or two then goes off again They aren't sure why it does it. I have a pontaic Sunfire GT

depending on the age of the car the oil servise trip counter may not have been reset.
