I think Friedel, Howard or Keller shouldn't even be on this list. Kahn was a good goalkeeper but in the last years he's lost his touc. Dida is a pretty good keeper, but I think the final decission rests between Cech and Buffon. And, if you ask me, Buffon is, at this time, the best goalkeeper in the world.

Undoubtly for me, Buffon is the best GK in the world. His goalkeeping skill is just marvellous. But there is a thing lacking in him, defence leadership. For that, I prefer Peter Schemichael (spelling?). Though Peter's skill is not as good as Buffon, but his constant command at his defence line make him one of the best, if not the best GK in the world. Goalkeeping skill is not only relying at how good you save shots or penalties, but also how you manage your defence line.

I think that Buffon is the best goalkeepers in this moment and i believe that him could be the best in the soccer's history! Because he already was a great goalkeeper since 18 years old.
