The Black Pope, Anton Lavey said it best "there is no good, no evil. Just human desires, wants and acts. In certain lights the perceptions can lead one to either the good or the evil." & that justifies anything

Shades of grey... that is what we are... you, me... all of humanity. No matter what, things can rarely be called truly evil or truly good. There are notable exceptions, but in reality people live and they have perspectives. One persons good, will be bad for others and vice versa. Someone may do good or think good of something but others may react in a neutral fashion. As for the persons themselves(nature), it depends on their character but one has to factor in society/upbringing(nurture) along with this. People are the sum of their experiences and the product of what their society desires (any human society throughout history and its populous can reflect this), but genetics and other physical items can influence a person being good or evil (some genetic coding, brain damage, psychological imbalances).
