Who's allergic to chicken and chocolate?

I have an allergy to chicken and chocolate. For those with the same allergies, how do you go about it? Is there something you could take that would allow you to consume chicken and chocolate and not have an asthma attack?

I am allergic to chicken but not with peanuts and chocolates. I was taking iterax when I developed rashes after eating chicken and even had diphenhyramine shot. My student who is allergic to paracetamol take benadryl at once after taking paracetamol. Maybe you can try taking antihistamine medicine right after eating chicken or chocolate.
