Need help with a keyboard shortcut!

Hi myLot friends. I fill out a lot of surveys that have a long list of things with 'yes' and 'no' bullets. Is there a keyboard shortcut to make them all 'no' at once? Someone told me to try pressing the 'alt' key at the same time as the '=' key and that didn't work. Any ideas?
