Any one use Paint.Net?

I just recently downloaded it and am having a blast playing with it. I wish I could figure out how to do blinkies tho. And signatures that have pictures that change into other ones. I want to make them. All day today I've been playing with pictures making them black and white with some color. Thats soooo much fun!
