question about rice wine

I want to make orange chicken so I looked up the recipe and wrote it down and googled the stuff that I dont know what it looks like so when I go and get the stuff i need I know what it looks like. And I googled rice wine and it looks like it is sold in the alclhol section of a store so I am wondering I am gonna be able to buy rice wine since i am under 21. Do you know if it is something that anyone can get off a grocers shelves or do they have to be over 21 to buy it?
