Fighting Cats

I have an adult cat & a kitten. The kitten is soooo playful & "attacks" (in a playful way) the adult whenever she walks past. The adult is getting fed up with it! I´ve tried everything, shutting one in a separate room, playing with them together etc but the little one is just too playful for the bigger one. I can´t afford to keep another kitten & the bigger one is seriously p.d off about it & hardly coming indoors now. Anyone else had a problem introducing 2 pets to each other? I´m sure Bo (the youngster) will calm down as she gets bigger but Cleo (the other) is unhappy. I can´t leave them alone together.

one thing is the older one is pd off due the fact that the kitten is in thier territory...one thing might help is try moving the older cats thing to seperate area and not allow the kitten in there...Just like children if you have an older child and have a new baby there is jeousy with the older one the cat the same..make sure the older cat has his own things cat dish, bowl, toys anything the older cat had before you want to make sure it is thiers and not the kittens...
