1,000 Cal. Meals

Does anyone have any good 1,000 cal meals they would like to share? I'm 5'4" and 102 lbs. I'm trying to get up to 110 by summer & eventually my goal is to get to the 115 or 120 I should be at to be at my "ideal weight" for my height & bone structure. I have a very hard time gaining weight & need all of the helpful tips & advise you can offer. I've even tried doing "what not to do" when you are trying to lose weight; like eating right before bed. I don't want to gain fat - I want it to be healthy weight. I'll also be working out & toning to ensure that I'm gaining healthy weight, but I'm too afraid to work out very much because I'm afraid I'll lose even more. I was down to 95 last hear, an all time low for me, which scared me. No, I don't have an eating disorder, I just can't seem to keep weight on. So please, take this very seriously, and don't give tips like; eat more fast food. I want to gain good weight, not cause more problems along the way. I just don't feel good about the way I look right now. I'm way too thin & I don't even feel like a woman anymore because I've lost the "fat" I'm supposed to have in the chest area. *Does anyone know if some of that will come back when I start gaining more weight, or are they gone forever now?
