Your story is very similar to my situation one year ago. I loved mathematics so much and decided to attend the national high school for mathematics talents. However, when I settled blithely in the school, I found myself in consecutive outgoings and games. But months ago, I reobtained my passion for study, just because some beautiful facts of science wonder me ^^. It sounds a bit weird but true. Sometimes, I study just for wonders.

Unfortunately, I have no suggestion for you. I surmise your problems might stem from your psychological feature. You may meet with a psychiatrist. ^^. I hope you will soon get out of the contemporary situation.

I think I study hard is to have a brighter future. If I study hard, I will have good scores. If I have good scores, I can go to the famous university. After that, I can find a job easily in big and good companies.

i' from China, when i was in senior high school, what motivate me most to study is the good universiy.everyone told me that if only i could be enrolled by a top ranking university, the good career would be waiting for me ,it was the same case with my compeers, but i failed. now i was in a midding collage, taking material and technology course.next year i'll be graduated,i just wanna enjoy hard study .sometimes i think if i missed my last study life.maybe i can never enjoy the oppotunity to get formal education

time changes.at an early age ,i find it interesting to listening to my brother reading.i have no purpose ,just for fun, maybe that's thirst for knowledge. several years later ,when burdened with heavy assignment,i fed up with study.but i can't live up to my parents' expectation.i don't want them to be disappointed.at the same time ,i was eager to get the awards. when i began to know the word"dream",i began to try my best to reach it.when coming across difficulties,i remeber my dream.it inspire you. but now,i may soon have access to a job after graduation.i become more realistic. i hold the view that ,if i want to get a good job and earn more money,i have to study hard and learn useful skills.

your viewpoint is pragmatic, but right, at least for your situation. However, I hope you never forget the word "dream". Keep dreaming, keep living. ^^

I am currently a student and my thirst for knowledge is definitely what compells me to study. I have a natural curiosity about things and this leads me to go more in depth than I would if I was just trying to get the grade.

Future career and thirst for knowledge. Of course it’s what I’m in school for because my skills are not enough to plunge into the real world. I’m planning to take up another subject that would certify me in the near future of my career thing. Maybe forever I will be thirsty of knowledge in everything. I have lots of things that I wanted to do. of my career thing. Maybe forever I will be thirsty of knowledge in everything. I have lots of things that I wanted to do and I know that my knowledge of those things is not enough.

It is really hard to say.my motivates to study inculding all of them awards and future career and thirst for knowledge.but every different period the most important is different. When i was young,i only wanted to learn knowledge,i eager to know everything i don't know.this is my motivates in that peeriod.but with growing up,i think i have to live,to have ability to earn money,to have the obligations and resposibility to my parents,so i studied hard in junior middle school in order to enter good senior middle school,i studied hard in senior middle school in order to entrance the university i dreamed of .i know if i studied in better university i would have more opportuinity to find a good career.so i will say that my longest motivates to study is for my future career in order to have a good life.Hard studing obviously i got the scholarship for times. But i know the deepest in my mind for study is learning for knowledge when i have steady work and with a happy family.

We can't deny that the most common reason for studying hard would be future career, we want awards and commendations because it would be a good item to be included in our resume. we don;t choose our courses in college based on what area of knowledge we want to explore but mostly, we consider the career path we want to travel on. I am motivated to study well basically because of these reasons. But then, our interest should be caught in order to achieve and excel further.

Before, when I was still in high school those awards motivates me to study. But today on my second course on another Bachelor's degree, i am first and foremost motivated to study because I want to learn. I want to gain more knowledge to become smarter and wiser. I want to study because i want to understand certain things in life. My future career would just come right next to "thirst for knowledge".

Well I'm a 14 year old grade 9 accademic student with an average of 86%. The feeling of being usful to others or being able to get a question no one can answer is mainly what motavaates me. I personally think that studying for entertainment like me isn't always the best way to be motavated but it has helped me.
