How many mylot discussions to you respond to in a day? Do you get paid for both posting a discussion and responding to discussions? How do you find the discussions you want to respond to? Do you just respond to your friends, certain topics, or do you seek out any new discussions?

I mostly come here to respond, I prefer doing it over starting my own discussions since it's the fastest way for me to earn and post at the same time. But I believe that it's better if you'd start a post a day, so you can fairly earn here. but as a thread host, you should be responsible in giving comments under those members that responded to your post as well since that's how you gain respect and friends here. For me, I only have quite a few friends here but I also don't respond to all of them in a day. I only post to those that I have knowledge of, then move on and look for other discussions outside of my friends'. I'm all-over mylot, so most of the times that's where I find good discussions that interests me in responding to.

As you can see, I always respond to everyone that posts a comment regarding my discussion. I feel that it is important to validate anyone that would take the trouble to answer your questions or concerns. I had initially posted a few tenative discussions and then not utilized the site for quite sometime. I recently have come back to it and find that I am posting a discussion a day, so your advice is well taken. Thank you for responding.

I understand that, but do you get paid for the number of friends you have or just by the discussions that you post and respond to? Thanks for your answer.

I respond to as many discussions as I can with the free time I have....Sometimes I can respond to more than 20 and 30 discussions in just an hour or two, depending on how long the answers were.. I just go look for new discussions and see if they interest me...I don't respond to friends' discussions at all since its too troublesome to just go to their link and check out what new discussions they have... Easier to just go for new discussions...

Thats alot of discussions to respond to. Isn't there a way that you are notified everytime one of your friends posts a new discussion? Although, I understand if you have alot of friends, that might be difficult to do. If it were me, I would simply respond to those I felt I could relate to. Thank you for your response.

I try to resond to as many discusions as i can. You get paid for posting and responding but i think you only get paid if you have a good response they won't pay you if you respond to something with 5 words. To find the disscusions i i look at the newest disscusion from my interests. I resond to any disscussion i have knowledge about that helps with making knew friends on mylot.

Thats great information to have. I wasn't sure if you got paid for both or not. Do you add those people as friends that you respond to? Thanks for your answer.

Yesterday I had a total of 41 posts, and made 54 cents. You get paid for both, but I don't know how they determine what you get paid. I had one day were I had 26 posts and made 43 cents and the next day I had 27 posts and I made 43 cents, so I don't think it it may be determined in blocks of 5 posts. I have no idea really.

Thanks for your answer. I wonder who determines how relevant your response to a discussion is? After all they couldn't possibly have someone who reads through every single response. If they did it might prove to be an interesting job and I certainly wouldn't mind having it. LOL.
