I like pizza - not just to buy it, but better when I make my own.

I love to cook, make creative meals and there's pizza. I'm picky with pizza and where I buy it. Public local pizza stops are much better. I get tired of commercial known places like Little Caesar or Domino's Pizza. I don't do Pizza Hut much anymore because they are so greasy, but their meat lover pizzas are good. Papa John's is another favorite of mine. My sister and bro in law mentioned one down here called Phillipe's pizza stop - haven't tried it myself yet. But when it comes to making my own pizza I like to make different types - mexican pizza, italian pizza, seafood pizza, hawaiin pizza, filipino pizza and such. So far I have not had any complaints on what pizza's I make. For the seafood lovers - try making a pizza mixed in tilapia, shrimp, crab, lobster mixed in monterry jack, white cheese in oregano, pizza sauce, lemon squeezed on top, topping it with vinegar or hot sauce or soy sauce - yeah seafood pizza - i made three of those and they didn't last 10 minutes. filipino pizza - with lechon pork, lechon chicken, chopped red beef in sweet & sour, white cheese, tilapia mixed with rice - yes rice, to make sure it is steamed so i top the rice once the pizza is cooked - sprinkle the soy sauce and you're doing good. I hope one day to open up a local pizza place in Philippines. Sure why not?
