Colds... nasty cough

Is it just me or has this been a really bad year for colds. For the past 2 weeks my family has been fighting this cough that just won't go away. I think I need to buy stock in cough medicine!

my family have been using echinacea for 3 years now. i gave it to my daughter since birth and thus far she havent had more than a runny nose. ever. and very rarely i might add. ask your pharmacist or chemist about echinacea. for us its worth it.

echinacea is wonderful! However its not good to use it for more than 14 days in a row!

We had a round of sickness I think hung on for 3-4 weeks! We finally kicked it with high doses of Vitamin C all the way around, me and my 3 children.
It sure is a stubborn season for illness though.
Just be careful, a lot of it has been turning into pneumonia.

So you have a good idea how bad it can turn. I think we are actually totally well now, although I had to blow my nose all the time for an extra 4 or 5 days after all the rest. Thanks for caring!

it has been bad. But we're getting better. My brother came down with Pneumonia and 105 fever. I lost my voice for several days. But its back and thank God for that because trying to keep a 1 year old in line with no voice is not easy. I hope you guys are felling better too!
