Can't create user name on wealthtoolbox so going to lose all earnings.

I checked my email and had one from wealthtoolbox it said they are changing things and you need to creat a username and password ok fine the problem you can't creat a user name no matter what you put in there it says that username is already taken I even tried stupid names like poiuyt and asdfgj when regular names weren't working and guess what they wouldn't work! I see there are others who can't create a username either. I always kinda thought wealthtoolbox would turn into a scam and it looks like it is since you lose your earnings if you don't create a username.
